Most of our Japanese pens use international standard cartridges (European type, short), which are compatible with many popular ink brands. Please check the Details section on each product page for cartridge compatibility.

What should I do if the glass pen tip breaks?

No worries—Just contact us, and we’ll arrange a repair with the artist. A small repair and shipping fee applies, but we’ll return your pen beautifully restored. If you're placing a new order, we can include the repaired pen in the same shipment to help you save on shipping costs.
