A very happy customer
"This is the second time I purchased items from Komorebi stationary. A bigger purchase this time, putting more emphasis on inks. I would like to start with the customer service, the product packaging and delivery: top professional, fast, consistent, beautiful. The Komorebi team knows how customers feel when they unbox newly acquired items! I am very thankful to them. About the inks: I have not had the time to go through them all yet, but I absolutely loved the Smoky Navy by Taisho Romance, a perfect blue black for my taste; I equally loved Taccia's ''Akane'' (deep burgundy, but more reddish than bluish), ''Budounezu'' (a soft greyish purple), ''Keshizumi'' a charcoal black or very dark grey, and ''Aomenou'', another deep, dark blue, very satisfying visually on (white) paper. I tried these on Tomoe River, Apica and Original Crown Mill (slight yellowish tint), using F and EF nibs on Sailor, Pilot, Waldman, and Esterbrook pens. Will try them also with dip pens. I did not experience any issues. Writing was smooth and steady. About the notebooks: I could say I am by and large a ''Tomoe River'' person. This time around I purchased a notebook by Logical Research. It pleasantly surprised me, and even though I just jotted down a line or two, I liked its feedback: I can ''hear'' the letters take shape on paper. Not all people will appreciate this, certainly, but I do! I also like its structure and the interchange of dotted and continued lines. It enhances mind mapping with arrows, squares, and any other type of drawing. Till next time with warm greetings"
