At the base of Mount Kurama in Kyoto Prefecture, the affectionate Wakaabayashi couple runs their studio, Color Works. In this studio surrounded by nature, the couple, who are lovers of the natural world, craft pieces with the core concept of "beauty." They are dedicated to the principle of not selling anything unless it encapsulates beauty, going beyond mere cuteness or impressiveness.
